New Year Advice

So now it is the beginning of a new year, which means new years resolutions.

Did you know that the country’s rate of depression will rise in March? March is usually the time that individuals break the resolutions made in January.

What people do not understand is that change takes time, Nothing just all the sudden changes.  If you tried to change with absolutely no process or steps to changing, a good amount of cognitive dissonance will be the cause.


If you make a mistake don’t sulk in your bed all day or give up. Just move forward, we are human and relapse, but instead of becoming part of a cycle of failure or self loathing see this as a lesson that will aid you in your path to change.
